Shipping policy

All artworks are carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipping. Processing time & shipping is typically 2 - 4 days, depending on the artwork’s size, medium, framing, and packaging requirements.

Packaging & Handling

We use protective corner guards, and custom-fit cardboard packaging including bubble wrap (tubes or thick board when appropriate) to ensure a safe delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Handling/Shipping is typically 2 - 4 days, depending on the artwork’s size, medium, framing, and packaging requirements.

Orders are shipped via Parcelforce, DPD or a chosen suitable courier.

Due to the sizes of some artwork or sculptures these will be listed as collection only at checkout.

International Shipping

While we currently are unable to process international orders directly through our website, we are happy to provide a quote for shipping overseas. Please get in touch.

Please note: Additional charges such as customs duties,VAT, and other import fees may apply. These are sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Pickup is available by appointment only.

Please select pick up at checkout and contact us to arrange a suitable collection date and time.

Art Insurance

All shipments include shipping insurance in transit for the artwork’s full value unless otherwise stated.
For high-value pieces, additional insurance may be added at our discretion.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of both the artwork and packaging so we can assist with an insurance claim.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once declared “Delivered” by the carrier, but we will help you initiate a claim when possible.

Incorrect Address

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your artwork has been shipped.
